Michael Johnson is the Chief Executive Officer of PAX Technology Australia, overseeing the company’s strategy and operations across Australia and New Zealand. A seasoned payments industry executive, Michael brings over two decades of experience in leadership roles both globally and locally. He previously served as Managing Director for the Asia-Pacific payments business at Transaction Network Services (TNS) and spent 15 years as Vice President of Global Service Delivery with First Data (now Fiserv) in Australia and New Zealand. Originally from New Zealand, he began his career as a project manager in the UK before relocating to Sydney in 2002. In his role at PAX, Michael is focused on driving sustainable growth and delivering innovative, secure Android-based payment solutions for the region’s merchants and partners.

Belle Jerusalem is the General Manager of Sales at PAX Technology Australia and a payments industry veteran with 30 years of experience. She has held senior roles at leading financial and payment organizations including Citibank, Mastercard, China UnionPay, and Ingenico. Throughout her career, Belle has led teams and strategic initiatives across Australia, New Zealand, the Pacific, and Southeast Asia, covering areas such as card issuing, card acquiring, and payment technology. Renowned as a “voice of the customer,” Belle is known for her customer-centric approach and deep industry knowledge, which she leverages to help PAX’s clients solve business challenges in payments. In her current role, she drives PAX Australia’s sales strategy and engagement efforts, ensuring that the company’s best-in-class payment solutions meet the needs of local businesses and partners.

Robert “Rob” Denina is the Director of Pre-Sales, Products & Programs at PAX Technology Australia. He brings over 30 years of experience in the payments sector, having worked with major industry players such as eftPOS Australia, American Express, Ingenico Pacific, and DataMesh Group. Rob’s background spans leadership roles in merchant services, operations, pre-sales engineering, product management, project management, and vendor management. In his role at PAX, he is responsible for aligning the company’s Android-based payment solutions with local market needs and overseeing product and program initiatives across the Asia-Pacific region. Rob’s extensive expertise helps ensure that PAX’s clients and partners receive tailored payment technology solutions that address their business challenges and drive innovation in the payments space.

Jec Jiao is the Technical Director at PAX Technology Australia, with over 20 years of experience in payments software development and delivery. He has built his career across Southeast Asia, Australia, New Zealand, and the Pacific, including holding key leadership positions at Ingenico Group in several APAC markets. Jec specializes in payment security, software quality, and technological innovation in the fintech domain. As Technical Director, he spearheads the development of PAX’s Android-based payment systems, ensuring they remain secure, compliant, and at the cutting edge of innovation. He brings an “every problem has a solution” mindset to the team, applying his expertise so that PAX’s clients benefit from robust and advanced payment solutions designed to meet evolving market needs.

Pat McCammon is the Country Manager for New Zealand at PAX Technology Australia. He is a seasoned payments professional with global leadership experience, having held roles at Euronet, SmartPay, Latipay, iPay Group (Dubai), and Invenco. Pat has a proven track record managing major client accounts across regions from Australasia to the Middle East – including notable customers such as Bendigo Bank and Coles Group in Australia, ICICI Bank in India, Abu Dhabi’s ADNOC, and NETS and ComfortDelGro in Singapore. In his role at PAX, Pat leads the company’s growth and operations in the New Zealand market, acting as the local market expert and ensuring PAX’s secure Android-based payment solutions are tailored to New Zealand’s business needs. His extensive industry knowledge and international experience support PAX’s mission of delivering innovative payment technology and fostering strong partnerships throughout the region.
